Mobile Espresso Catering Terms, Booking Policies, and Service Warranty.

These Terms of Service took effect on October 17, 2026 (2026-10-17). They govern your browsing of fastfriendlycoffee.com, the submission of event service requests, the transmission of digital communications, and the contractual framework applied to all on-site specialty espresso catering engagements executed by Fast and Friendly Coffee.

By accessing this website, requesting a catering quote, or executing an event service agreement, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms, specifications, and liability limitations set forth below.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Client," "Host," or "Visitor") and Fastfriendlycoffee, trading at fastfriendlycoffee.com and operating commercially as FAST AND FRIENDLY COFFEE ("we," "us," or "our").

Commercial Dispatch Notice: The address at 1057 W. Tree Dr., Collierville, TN 38017 functions strictly as an administrative operational base, legal dispatch address, and equipment preparation center. We do not operate a walk-in coffeehouse, drive-thru, or public counter at this location. All beverage services are conducted on-site at client-specified venues across Collierville, Germantown, Memphis, and Shelby County.

Fast and Friendly Coffee supplies turnkey mobile specialty espresso bar catering for private events, corporate gatherings, weddings, campus activations, and production sets. Service packages include:

• Deployable mobile espresso cart and modular service counter;
• Commercial dual-boiler espresso machine (commercial grade La Marzocco) with calibrated brew temperature and rotary pump pressure;
• Commercial on-demand flat-burr espresso grinder dialled in for fresh extraction;
• Dedicated professional barista service operated by our founder or certified staff since 2024;
• Whole-bean specialty roasted coffee, single-origin decaf, craft vanilla and caramel syrups, dairy whole milk, and oat/almond plant-based alternatives;
• Eco-friendly compostable hot paper cups (8oz and 12oz), lids, stirrers, and compostable beverage napkins.

Exclusions: We do not provide table bussing, general event janitorial tasks outside our designated bar footprint, alcoholic beverage service, or unground retail bean distribution at retail consumer scale without a pre-scheduled event contract.

Inquiry-Only Website: Nothing is sold or paid for on the site, no transactions are settled here, and no payment is taken on this site. This website does not feature an online shopping cart, instant checkout engine, automated billing gateway, or payment card processor.

A figure shown on this site (or calculated by our interactive fit estimator) is an estimate and not a binding quote, and does not constitute a binding legal offer or confirmed reservation.

How an inquiry becomes an order: An inquiry becomes a confirmed booking order through the following four-stage process:

1. The Host transmits venue date, guest headcount, and service duration via our inquiry form, email, or telephone.
2. We issue an itemized Catering Service Ledger detailing date hold, equipment configuration, travel logistics, and exact package pricing.
3. The Host reviews, signs, and returns the written service contract.
4. The required non-refundable date reservation retainer is paid and acknowledged in writing by Fast and Friendly Coffee.

Pricing basis and currency: All figures are priced, quoted, and payable exclusively in United States Dollars (USD $). What changes a price: Final invoiced pricing changes based on guest headcount, total hours of live service, venue distance outside Collierville/Shelby County, custom menu or syrup additions, and setup logistics. Our standard published pricing baselines reflect the verified rates:

• Starter Mobile Coffee Bar Package: $650–$700 per order (standard 2-hour setup for groups up to 40 guests).
• Mobile Coffee Catering (Per-Guest Tier): $10–$18 per guest (scaled for groups of 40 to 75 guests per station).
• Event Coffee Bar Hourly Service: $75 per hour for extended station operating time beyond the base 2-hour service.
• Full-Service Custom Espresso Bar: $550–$2,000 per order for multi-hour, large-scale, or branded corporate deployments.

Quote Variance Factors: Final invoiced contract pricing depends on six specific factors: total expected guest headcount, total duration of live bar service, exact venue geographical location and travel mileage outside Collierville/Shelby County, specialty additions to the syrup/milk menu, off-peak or expedited scheduling, and whether the format is host-paid tab versus specialized organizational subsidy.

To guarantee steady machine operation and guest safety, the Client agrees to verify and provide the following venue site conditions:

• Dedicated Electrical Supply: Exactly one dedicated 120V 20A grounded electrical circuit within 25 feet of the bar placement. Commercial dual-boiler heating elements cannot share a circuit with chafing dish warmers, sound equipment, DJ amplifiers, or venue lighting.
• Load-In & Footprint Access: Ground-level roll-in access or commercial elevator access. Our cart requires a 36-inch clear door clearance and cannot be hand-carried up stairways due to machine weight. Bar setup footprint requires a minimum 8ft x 6ft level dry area.
• Arrival Window: We arrive exactly 60 minutes prior to scheduled beverage service start for machine pre-heating, boiler pressure stabilization, grinder calibration, and extraction dialing. Setup access must be open upon arrival.
• Water Independence: Our cart travels fully self-contained with food-grade multi-stage water filtration and dedicated accumulator pressure pumps. Venue water connection is optional but access to a clean greywater drain is appreciated for extended runs.

Fast and Friendly Coffee provides a binding Catering Performance Warranty on every executed event agreement:

• Freshness & Temperature Guarantee: Every espresso drink is pulled fresh to order on a dual-boiler commercial La Marzocco at calibrated 9-bar pressure and milk is steamed fresh between 135°F and 155°F. No pre-brewed cambros, no re-steamed milk, and no bulk dispenser pump pots.
• Operational Uptime: We warrant that commercial equipment deployed to your site has undergone preventative maintenance, pressure calibration, and group seal inspection prior to dispatch.
• Service Continuity Remedy: In the highly improbable event of on-site commercial equipment mechanical failure that cannot be remediated within 20 minutes, Fast and Friendly Coffee will prorate the hourly station fee and issue a direct refund for the unfulfilled portion of service time.
• Lead Time Standard: Standard booking lead time is 3 business days minimum. Bookings requested inside 72 hours require explicit dispatch confirmation so roast degassing curves and transit readiness are confirmed.

When utilizing this website, inquiry mechanisms, or our dispatch chat channel, you agree not to:

• Submit false, deceptive, or speculative booking dates with no intent to contract;
• Scrape, spider, harvest, or crawl website text, images, or pricing ledgers through automated extraction bots;
• Transmit unsolicited commercial spam, advertising solicitations, or automated form payloads;
• Attempt to probe, compromise, or bypass form honeypot fields (`branch` and `url`), security controls, or server infrastructures;
• Misrepresent an affiliation with Fast and Friendly Coffee or impersonate administrative personnel.

All proprietary content featured on fastfriendlycoffee.com, including brand trademarks, vector logos, photographic assets of espresso extraction and mobile cart setups, custom styling, layout choreography, and written ledger specifications, is owned exclusively by Fast and Friendly Coffee or licensed under express authorization.

No portion of this site may be reproduced, mirrored, republished, or modified for commercial purposes without prior written authorization from the owner. "La Marzocco" is a registered trademark of its respective owner and is cited solely to identify the authentic commercial machinery utilized in our catering operations.

Website materials, blog commentary, and interactive fit estimation tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without express or implied warranties of any kind.

While we take diligent steps to maintain accurate package descriptions, availability calendars, and technical electrical advice, we do not warrant that website access will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely free of virus transmission over public internet backbones.

Allergen Notice: Although we maintain separate milk pitchers and steam wand purge procedures for dairy and alternative oat/almond milks, all operations take place on a shared mobile cart surface. Clients with severe airborne or cross-contact nut or dairy allergies must advise us prior to contract execution.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Tennessee and federal law, Fast and Friendly Coffee, its owners, baristas, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising out of website usage or event service delivery.

Such exclusions include, but are not limited to, loss of venue booking deposits, event rescheduling expenses, or guest attendance shortfalls.

In all circumstances relating to an event booking, our total aggregate financial liability shall not exceed the actual monetary amount paid to Fast and Friendly Coffee under the specific event contract giving rise to the dispute. We are not liable for service delays caused by venue power outages, trip switches, or inadequate electrical circuits supplied by the venue.

We reserve the absolute right to refuse service, terminate website access, or decline inquiry processing in circumstances involving:

• Hostile, abusive, or discriminatory behavior directed toward baristas or operational staff;
• Venue conditions that present imminent electrical, structural, weather, or physical safety hazards to personnel or machinery;
• Failure to provide the contracted dedicated 120V 20A electrical supply after notice;
• Non-payment of agreed catering ledger deposits according to the schedule stated in the executed contract.

Client cancellation policies, deposit retention percentages, and force majeure clauses (e.g. severe tornado or regional power grid collapses) are governed strictly by the written terms of your individual signed Catering Service Ledger.

These Terms of Service and all contractual relationships arising from mobile coffee catering shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal action, suit, arbitration, or proceeding arising under or relating to these terms shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts with jurisdiction situated in COLLIERVILLE, TN or Shelby County, Tennessee. The parties irrevocably submit to the personal and subject-matter jurisdiction of such courts.

We may periodically revise these Terms of Service to reflect shifts in catering pricing architectures, equipment enhancements, regulatory requirements, or advertising platform compliance rules.

When changes are enacted, we update the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Continued browsing of fastfriendlycoffee.com or engagement in new catering inquiries following the publication of revised terms constitutes affirmative acceptance of the modifications.
